Get HVAC options
Get HVAC options for your home
Tell us your zip code, the equipment and what it is doing. A person at HyreHVAC reads it, answers your question and, where we can, introduces you to HVAC companies serving your area. It is free, and no company gets your details until you agree.
- Free, and no obligation to hire anyone
- No HVAC company gets your details until you agree
- We are not an HVAC contractor and will not quote the work
- Not an instant quote: matching is still being built
Smell gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding? Leave the building now and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. No heat or cooling in extreme weather? Call a local HVAC company directly. They are faster than we are. To talk to us instead, call (866) 582-8523.

Tell us about the system and where you are. We will follow up about connecting you with heating and cooling contractors serving your area.
What happens after I submit?
A person reads it and replies. Submitting does not send anyone to your house, and it is not an automated queue. We answer your question and tell you when we can introduce HVAC companies in your area. Nothing goes to a contractor unless you agree.
How HyreHVAC works sets out every step, and how we vet HVAC companies explains what we check and what we cannot.
What is worth doing first?
Each takes a couple of minutes and makes every later conversation shorter, including the one with a contractor.
- Is this an HVAC emergency?: some situations should not wait for a form
- System age lookup: what the serial number on the outdoor unit tells you
- Repair or replace calculator: test a repair quote against the life left
- HVAC incentives: the federal §25C credit ended December 31, 2025, so a quote that counts it is wrong
What do you ask for, and why?
Only what we need to route an inquiry sensibly and let a company arrive informed: your zip code, the equipment, the problem and your timeline. The privacy policy governs all of it. To talk to someone first, the contact page has our phone number.
Questions before you submit
Is this an instant quote?
No. Our contractor matching is still being built, and we will not describe it as finished while it is not. A person reads your inquiry and answers you, and we tell you when we can introduce HVAC companies in your area. Nothing goes to a contractor unless you agree.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Homeowners are never charged. The intended model is that HVAC companies pay to receive inquiries.
What if my system has failed right now?
Do not wait on a form. Call a local HVAC company directly. If you smell gas or burning, or a carbon monoxide alarm has sounded, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside.
What information should I have ready?
Your zip code, roughly what the equipment is, what it is or is not doing, and your timeline. The model and serial number on the outdoor unit help most. They give the age, which changes the repair-or-replace answer more than any other fact.
Do I have to give a phone number?
No. The phone field is optional. Agreeing to calls cannot be a condition of using the service, so the form sends without it.
Can I get my inquiry deleted?
Yes. Ask us and it will be deleted. The privacy policy is the controlling document.
